Mini-deli Nutrigrill® Sandwiches

Add your Vegetables: Mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes

Add your Proteins: Bacon, sausage, deli meats

Seasonings & sauces: Choose your favourite sauce and add fresh condiments as desired such as pickles, olives, pickled peppers, fresh parsley, rosemary, cilantro, cheese

Additions: Mini deli buns toasted on the grill top before serving

 

Preparation

Turn on your Nutrigrill® to the highest setting and adjust the temperature down as needed while you cook. There is no need to pre-heat since it heats up in seconds. You can adjust the temperature up or down as you cook if you find you need more or less heat.

Use the grill top to quickly sear the meats, toast the buns and melt cheese. Use the moat for holding cooked items and keeping them hot until they’re ready to serve.
